Summer Solstice Walk on 6/20

Let’s meet for a Summer Solstice walk on Thursday, June 20 at 7 pm to kick off this wonderful season in Shorewood and connect with our neighbors! Movement, social connection, and being in nature are key elements of the Shorewood Longevity Project.

Meet at Humble Park, at the intersection of N. Oakland Avenue and E. Edgewood Avenue. Humble Park is known as a "pocket" park and is one of Shorewood's smallest urban parks.

We will meet at 7:00 pm and walk from Humble Park to the Shorewood Nature Preserve. (Distance is 0.9 miles, less than 2 miles round trip).

No RSVP's required, just show up. All ages welcome!

We will set out from Humble Park shortly after 7:00 pm and walk on the sidewalks towards the Nature Preserve. We hope to see you there!
